Internal competitions

Joining Hoebridge Golf Club (HGC) allows members to enter a wide range of competitions on the 18-hole Main Course and the 9-hole Shey Copse.

These competitions are held throughout the year at weekends and mid-week.

Competitions are open to all members with a WHS handicap.

We try to ensure that our internal competitions are not only competitive but fun. These include Texas Scrambles, Greensomes, Mixed Pairs, etc.

We also run events linked to significant dates in the year, such as Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, St. George’s Day and Poppy Day.

External competitions.

Hoebridge Golf Club participates in a wide range of external competitions and championship matches throughout Surrey and nationally. These can be great fun to play and allow our members to play at other clubs, including the prestigious St. Andrews and Woodhall Spa (the home of England Golf).
